The price listed in our website includes the shipment only to EU territories. In other cases, the price will be calculated individually. HM Digital does not ship to PO boxes.

By purchasing this product for shipment outside of the European Community, you acknowledge and assume responsibility to conform with local laws and regulations wile importing and using the product. You acknowledge that Hm Digital is not responsible for regulatory compliance within your country. HM Digital is not responsible for the cost of replacement of any product held indefinitely by your local authorities.
The delivery will be as soon as possible. If we have the item in stock it normally takes one week otherwise, it could take between three and four weeks. Given uncertainties in shipping, product availability, and circumstances outside our control (weather etc.) we cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.

HM Digital only accepts returns for unopened, unused, undamaged products within 15 days of the shipment date. Returns must be authorized by HM Digital. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for refund or exchange has been approved.
HM Digital warrants Fuboss branded products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of retail purchase by the original end user purchaser. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at our sole option and to the extent permitted by law, HM Digital will either (1) send you the original replacement parts at no cost, including the required information to make the replacement. (2) Accept the unit in our service location for its repair. In that case, you will be responsible for packaging and shipping your unit to the service location requested. If you no longer have the original packaging, HM Digital may send you packaging material. You are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the shipment. Use a shipping service that allows you to track the package. (3) performing partial or complete replacement of the product as the case. In that case the original material must be returned to our service location before any replacement. You are responsible for paying all shipping and insurance costs for the shipment. HM Digital does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. HM Digital is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.
This warranty does not apply: a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes; b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by HM Digital c) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents; or d) if any serial number has been removed or defaced.
